Alice takes part to the ASEM Project – “Advanced System for Environment Management”. The purpose of the project is to re-route the thermal resources derived from the furnaces used at the factory to support the production process, directing them where they are needed and using them fully. The heat is planned to be used as follows: normal environmental heating, drying of the molds, drying of the pieces, heating of services and thermostatting of the dough starting from the recovery of the heat present in the cooling air of the tunnel oven. This recovery will be integrated by external generators that will come in support at times of maximum demand.
